  • Accredited Naturopath, certified by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals. 
About the founder
Driven by a vision of advancing both science and education, Dr. Russell continues to shape the fields of biomedical research and integrative health through her innovative work, mentorship, and contributions to public knowledge.   

Grace is an accomplished scientist, educator, and consultant who 
publishes extensively in peer-reviewed journals with 30+ peer-reviewed academic publications (2026).

Her research explores the role of molecular hydrogen as a selective antioxidant and signalling molecule, with applications spanning human health, inflammation, and disease processes. Grace also contributes to interdisciplinary research exploring the role of H2 across biological systems, from plant science to human physiology, reflecting the growing interest in hydrogen as a versatile bioactive molecule.
